Photo retention
Your check history is saved. Here's how that works.
When you upload a photo to Aamen or any future arabface.ai tool that handles images, we keep it so you can return to your past results — and you stay in control of how long.
The default
01Your check history and photos are saved by default, so you can return to past results anytime.
02Prefer auto-delete? Turn on a timer from your account — 7, 30, or 90 days. It's off unless you switch it on.
03You can also delete any photo, or your whole account, at any moment.
Your options
Pick what fits.
Keep my history (default)
Your checks and photos stay saved until you delete them, so you can revisit any past result. Nothing is removed automatically.
Auto-delete after 7 days
Aggressive timer. Turn this on if you want the smallest retention window — uploads are removed seven days after you make them.
Auto-delete after 30 days
A middle-ground timer. Covers a realistic re-check and support window, then clears older uploads.
Auto-delete after 90 days
A longer timer. Useful if you come back to older scans but still want them cleared eventually.
Who can see your photos
Photos are accessible only to (1) automated processing pipelines that run the tool, and (2) a small operational team for support requests you raise (e.g., 'why did the tool not recognize this?'). We do not browse uploaded photos. Outside of these two paths, no humans — including the founders — routinely view your photos.
How to delete now
Two ways, anytime. (1) From your account page, request immediate deletion — confirmed within a few business days. (2) Email hello@arabface.ai with the subject 'Delete my photos'. We respond to every message.
Training data
We do not use uploaded photos to train general-purpose models. Your produce photos are used to improve Aamen specifically only if you opt in — the toggle lives on your Aamen account page, is off by default, and you can withdraw it at any time.
