FAQ

Short questions, specific answers.

01

Is Aamen available now?

Yes. You can try Aamen now at aamen.arabface.ai.

02

What does Aamen do, and what does it not do?

It helps you read a plant or product before buying: photograph what is in front of you, enter what you were told, then read the confidence signal. It does not issue a verdict, detect chemical composition, or verify origin.

03

Do you use my photos to train general models?

We do not use your inputs to train general-purpose models. We may use product signals to improve Aamen within its own scope. Details are on the responsible use page.

04

What is the relationship between arabface.ai and Aamen?

arabface.ai is the studio. Aamen is its first tool. Each tool has its own surface and its own track.

05

Do you have a mobile app?

Not at this time. The tools work in your browser. We'll announce a mobile path when there is one ready.

06

Do you serve users outside the Arab region?

The interface is in Arabic and English. The focus is the Arabic-language context. Aamen is available in the browser now, and future tools expand gradually when ready.

07

Is there a paid plan?

We will announce plans when they are ready. Free use has no caps today — we will announce before introducing any limits.

08

How do I reach the team?

By email at hello@arabface.ai. We reply within a few business days.

09

Which tools are you working on?

We work on two areas: image work, and audio and video work. We name a tool when it is ready to use, not before.

10

Do you work with companies and teams?

We have use-case conversations with small teams. Email us at hello@arabface.ai with a short note on the work. We reply within a few business days.
